14 days is on average how long each individual Tayrona bag takes to handcraft due to the sophisticated crochet method used.
Are all Tayrona bags the same size & pattern?
As each Tayrona bag is uniquely handcrafted, dimensions & pattern may vary slightly. However, each Tayrona bag roughly should be 25-29cm in height & 21-23cm in width.
Do you support the Indigenous communities who make the Tayrona bag?
Yes, our mission at Tayrona is to ethically source sustainable products whilst supporting regional indigenous communities within Colombia. All Tayrona sales are reinvested back into the indigenous communities as we work directly with organisations that support the indigenous through providing jobs and access to multiple food banks.
Do you provide international shipping?
Yes we do provide international shipping for a flat rate of $20.
Are Tayrona bags machine washable?
Yes Tayrona bags are machine washable. Place it in a laundry bag to protect the tassels and use a gentle cycle and cold water.
