At Tayrona, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we offer 30-day free returns for all items, ensuring you’re happy with your order.

Returns & Exchanges

If you've changed your mind or wish to exchange for a different color or style, you can return your item for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
✔ The item must be in its original condition – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
✔ Proof of purchase is required.
✔ Gift cards are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@tayronadesigns.com.au. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the next steps.

Faulty Items

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every Tayrona piece. If you’ve received an item with a major fault, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. If the issue is minor, we may offer a free repair instead.

To process a faulty return:

✔ Proof of purchase is required.
